"We want to thank you for the outstanding job you did on planning, ordering and installation of new windows and doors for our home. We chose your company based on the professional demeanor of your sales representative Steve Swanson. He arranged to have the installers look at the job so that we could get a realistic bid. No other company offered to do this. The other 9 “estimates” from competing companies were vague and noncommittal due to the masonry exterior of our house and the encased metal window frames. Steve was prompt in returning calls or faxes and worked with us to arrive at a plan which preserved the architectural integrity of our older home, at a price we could afford. The installation was carried out quickly and professionally by and experienced carpenter. He suggested and made adjustments in the finish wood to better match the interior style of the home. Prior to installation, he visited our home and discussed options for the doors, which led us to ultimately better decisions regarding the style and materials. Throughout the entire process, problems were handled in a timely professional manner. We wish that our entire remodeling job could have been handled by this caliber of people. Unfortunately we have discovered that this level of excellence displayed by your company is the exception in the construction field. Finally, we would like to recommend U.S. Siding and Window from a financial standpoint. We put none of our money on the line until the job was completed to our satisfaction. This is the only company in three separate home remodels which has such a policy. We are told by real estate experts in our area that we have increased our home’s value by approximately 10% with the new doors and windows. Thank you."

  • That they would look 100% better, which they do. We’ve gotten many compliments. That our heating would change, it has.
